Preparing for camp can be a daunting process for families and campers, with many questions about packing, arrival logistics, and communication. To address this, I developed the “Getting Ready for Camp” social media series for Concordia Language Villages. This campaign provided essential information in an accessible and engaging format, empowering families with the resources they needed to feel confident and prepared for their camp experience. As a result, the series significantly reduced the number of customer support messages and calls related to these topics.
